RETURN POLICY –
– We have 7 days return/exchange policy (only for returnable products).
– No Return/ No Exchange on products at 50% & above Discount.
– Additional Rs.250/- will be charged on all the return orders as handling charges.
– Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
– Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 Working days of product receipt.
– No Return on Caps.
EXCHANGE POLICY –
– Exchange is not available for Caps & Products at or below Rs.799/-
– There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
– For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a Coupon code .
– Size exchange is subject to availability.
Ofcourse! monteil.in has “Customer first Policy”. Report your concern by getting in touch at team@monteil.in Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the replacement as per your choice.
To return an order email us with your order no. & product name on our email id team@monteil.in . The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed as soon as possible.
