CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT
What if I choose to have my order replaced and the product is sold out?
Replacement can be initiated only if the product is in stock. Unfortunately if the product is out of stock then credit coupon is initiated after your confirmation.
I have requested a replacement, when will I receive it?
Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
I bought a product but it does not fit my size, can I get it replaced?
Yes, You can surely replace the product. For replacement, drop us a email at help@monteil.in
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
*On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton. If you are concerned, don’t open the product yourself. Drop a mail help@monteil.in for further assistance.
*In case you have opened the product and received a damaged/defective, the team should be notified within 24 hours of receipt at help@monteil.in along with snap shot of the product.

What is order verification? Why is it required?
Order verification is done by monteil.in for all cash on delivery orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order, just click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
Yes, we do have a Rs 99/- Shipping Charge, However you need not pay for any delivery for any order above Rs 999/-

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?
Ofcourse! monteil.in has “Customer first Policy”. Report your concern by getting in touch at help@monteil.in Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the replacement/credits as per your choice.
How do I place a return request on monteil.in?
To return an order, click here. The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed as soon as possible.

Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred delivery partner?
To ensure smooth & safe delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the delivery details via e-mail/SMS. Courier partner is selected based on their serviceability in a particular pin code. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.
